Eighteen fire trucks are at the scene following a large factory fire in West Auckland this afternoon.
Crews from multiple stations across the city were called to the building fire on Bancroft Cr, in Glendene, around 2.42pm, a Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokesperson told 1News.
Footage from the scene shows thick plumes of smoke billowing from the factory as firefighters douse the blaze.
Police were called to the scene to assist with traffic control.
Two people were assessed and treated at the scene, a St John spokesperson told 1News.
