Although his team's tournament ended today, Japan forward Amato Fakatava can console himself after scoring one of the tries of this year's Rugby World Cup during his side's defeat by Argentina in Nantes.
Trailing 7-0 after 15 minutes, Fakatava set the stadium alight with his devastating display of pace, power and skill down the left-hand touch line.
Receiving the ball from Michael Leitch inside his own half, Fakatava showed a blistering turn of pace to avoid a covering tackle before chipping the ball ahead.
The lock managed to regather the ball just ahead of an Argentina player before racing in to score.
"That is magic from Japan," the commentator said. "Do you believe in miracles, because that was a miracle try."
There were eight tries in total in the entertaining match, Argentina's 39-27 win securing them a quarterfinal clash with Wales in Marseille on Sunday.
