One ticket wins $24m Lotto Powerball jackpot

One ticket struck the Lotto Powerball jackpot tonight, taking home a whopping $24 million.

The winning numbers were: 05, 25, 28, 34, 36, 38 Bonus 15 Powerball 01.

The winning ticket was sold at Woolworths Wanuiomata in Lower Hutt.

The big winner also shared Lotto First Division with three other tickets, each taking home $250,000 from that prize pool.

The other Lotto First Division winners were sold to two MyLotto accounts in Auckland and one MyLotto account in Hamilton.

One ticket also won Strike's top prize, winning $500,000.

That ticket was sold at Halfway Store in Whakatāne.

The winning Strike numbers were: 28, 34, 25, 38.
