Investigation continues into man's 'unexplained' death in Māhia

Police are continuing to investigate the "unexplained" death of a man in Māhia on Thursday.

Police were called to the home on Kaiwaitau Rd around 12.25pm on July 6.

"At this time, the death is being treated as unexplained," Detective Inspector Martin James said.

A scene examination has been completed and a post mortem examination will take place today to determine the man's cause of death.
