Pacific Update: Solomon Islands villagers catch dog-killing crocodile

Welcome to Pacific Update, our weekly news update for the region.

This week, villagers in the Solomon Islands have killed one of two crocodiles that had left them living in fear and had eaten several dogs, while in Fiji, police have celebrated the first birthdays of trainee police dogs Mavis and Moji.
