Pacific Update: PNG bank glitch and the harvest that feeds a village

Welcome to Pacific Update, our weekly news round-up for the region.

This week, a Papua New Guinea Easter bank glitch saw 30,000 customers having to pay back money after they were able to withdraw funds and it wasn't taken off their balances.

Also, impressive pictures have captured the Atule harvest underway in American Samoa.
