One person has died following a three-vehicle crash in Southland this afternoon.
Police say they were called to the scene at the intersection of Gap Road East and SH6, in Winton, around 1.25pm.
A scene examination has taken place and the road is due to reopen later this evening.
An investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing.
