Person arrested after death at Hamilton property

One person has been arrested after another died following an “incident” at a residential property in Hamilton.

Police said it was called to the scene on Roy St in Nawton at around 11am on Saturday.

The person was treated at the scene but later died.

Police said one person has been arrested and is assisting with inquiries.

An investigation is underway.
