Hunters bring home the bacon at Northland competition

It was full-boar at the Mangonui Pig and Pest Competition over the weekend.

More than 40 boars were killed in the popular Northland event as hundreds headed to the great outdoors.

The winning pig weighed in at 70kg, earning a $3000 cash prize.
