Man dies in Gisborne workplace incident

A man has died in a Gisborne workplace incident.

Police said emergency services arrived at the scene on Stanley Road in Awapuni shortly after 11am on Wednesday.

Police said they will investigate on behalf of the Coroner.

Worksafe has also been notified of the incident.
