Cyclist dies after crash involving car in Gisborne

A cyclist who was involved in an accident with a car in Gisborne on Monday has died.

Police say the man died in hospital on Tuesday morning after the "collision" on Matawai Rd just before 6pm the day before.

Police are investigating the crash.
