Debunking the rumour of Italian invasion on Kiwi shores

Social media is a breeding ground for fake news, and it can quickly turn fairy tales into supposed facts.

Seven Sharp has got to work debunking one such "fact" - the urban myth suggesting that the Italian Army is preparing to invade New Zealand in November.

As reporter Julian Lee found out, the story has more twists than a plate of spaghetti.
