'Concerns' for Hamilton girl, 11, missing since Friday morning

Police are asking for help to locate a young Hamilton girl who hasn't been seen since early on Friday.

Shana, aged 11, disappeared from her home in Melville and was last seen wearing a red-coloured top and dark-coloured pants.

Police says it's thought Shaya had been in the Fairfield area on Friday evening.

They say they have "concerns for her welfare".

Anyone who might have seen Shana or knows where she could be is asked to contact police on 111.
