A man has been found dead outside a property in the Auckland suburb of Birkenhead following a "disorder incident".
Inspector Danny Meade said police were called to the incident about 4.30am on Thursday.
A man was found dead outside the Rawene Rd address.
"The death is being treated as unexplained at this time and staff are speaking with people who were at the address as we work to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident."
