Motorcyclist dies in early morning Wellington crash

A person has died after an crash involving a motorcycle and a car in the Wellington suburb of Johnsonville on Monday morning. 

Police received reports of a crash on Moorefield Road just before 5am. 

The motorcyclist died at the scene. 

Moorefield Road remains closed at this stage while police carry out their investigation.
