A Pascoes in West Auckland has become the latest victim in a string of jewellery heists through the city.
The thieves broke into the NorthWest Shopping Centre around 4.30am Saturday, forcing their way into the store.
Stuff is reporting the place targeted is a Pascoes jewellery store.
“A significant quantity of property was stolen from the shop before the offenders left the area in a vehicle,” a police spokesperson said.
It comes exactly a week after a man with a hammer robbed a Pascoes in Sylvia Park.
A number of Michael Hill jewellery stores have also been hit throughout the past year.
