One lucky punter has won the $13 million Lotto Powerball jackpot.

The winning numbers are, 01, 02, 06, 11, 26, 32 Bonus 10 Powerball 03.

The winner will take home an extra million from Lotto's First Division.

The winning ticket was sold at a New Plymouth New World in the suburb of Merrilands..
