No new Covid-19 cases at the border or in community

There were no new Covid-19 cases recorded in managed isolation or the community today, the Ministry of Health has confirmed.

It said two previously reported cases had recovered, meaning the country's total number of active cases is now 24.

The ministry also said a previously reported historical case had been reclassified as "not a case" and was removed from the tally. 

The total number of cases in New Zealand to date is 2287. 

Yesterday no new cases of the coronavirus were recorded.
