This year's lockdowns knocked the stuffing out of restaurants and cafes.

It was also disastrous from the small food producers who supply them with their kai.

Too much local food going to waste, and not enough international food coming in.

Enter Peter Gordon, a global chef returning home to cook up a rescue plan.
