One person has been critically injured following an incident at a Christchurch adventure park this afternoon.

The incident occurred at Christchurch Adventure Park, in Cracroft, at around 12.48pm, a St John spokesperson told 1 NEWS.

The person has since been airlifted to Christchurch Hospital.
