It was the epicentre of our Covid-19 outbreak, where half of the country’s deaths took place.

Rosewood Rest Home and Hospital in Christchurch was thrust into chaos and horror as the virus took 12 precious lives.

It was a time of isolation, confusion and fear.

Three months on, family and staff now share what it was like inside Rosewood and spoke to Sunday reporter Rebecca Wright.
