Former Hurricanes prop Loni Uhila steals the show in the latest round of 1 NEWS' home sporting videos, with the self-dubbed Tongan Bear showing he's still got it.

Now plying his trade in Clermont, France, he sent a warning to former teammates Michael Fatialofa and Sam Lousi, although closed borders should keep them safe for now.

Meanwhile, Christchurch's Greg Knowles is showing off his unique skills.
