Man who died in Tasman Bay kayaking incident was visitor from overseas

The man who died in a kayaking incident in Tasman Bay earlier this month was a visitor from Wales.

Today police confirmed that David Robert Wright, 72, died in the March 12 incident.

The death has been referred to the Coroner.
