North Harbour sure to rue late decision not take penalty as they play out thrilling draw with Auckland

Auckland and North Harbour have played out a thrilling 28-all draw in the Battle of the Bridge at Eden Park tonight.

North Harbour left to rue the bizarre call to not take a late penalty that would have given them the lead and their kickers missing two other penalties.

North Harbour launched a comeback in the second half but couldn't secure the win. (Source: 1 NEWS)

Harbour had held the Mitre 10 Cup champions scoreless in the second half as they came back from 14-28 down to level the scores but they couldn’t snatch victory with the draw probably a fair result.
