Meet the South Auckland hairdresser behind Parris Goebel’s hair

From Miss Samoa to choreographer to the stars Parris Goebel, Winnie Purcell has cut and styled hair for some big names.

Her journey to hairdressing and opening her own salon hasn’t been an easy one with many challenges along the way.

After suffering a miscarriage, Winnie had to make some life-changing decisions.

She spoke to Tagata Pasifika about opening up own salon in her home.
