Police seeking sightings of man missing from South Auckland since Monday

Police are seeking sightings of a man missing from South Auckland who has not been physically seen by his family since May last year.

Chunji Gao, also known as Gary Gao, was reported missing from the Manukau area by his family on Monday, police said in a statement.

Mr Gao is autistic and police would like to hear from anyone who may know where he is, they said.

Police have no further information on Mr Gao's whereabouts at this stage.

Anyone with information has been urged to contact police on (09) 571 2800, quoting Police file number 190325/3448.
