Wallabies coach Michael Cheika may not have to look too far for his next job, with English Premier League side Leicester reportedly targeting the Australian boss after this year's World Cup.
Off-contract with Rugby Australia after this year's World Cup in Japan, 52-year old Cheika is yet to commit to new terms to stay in his current role, reportedly coming close to the axe after a dismal run of results in 2018.
In a report from the Daily Mail, Leicester are weighing up a lucrative offer to Cheika, wanting the Wallabies boss in a director of rugby role, however the club could be hamstrung by the Australian's financial demands.
"The club's hierarchy have made inquiries about bringing in Cheika, but are now weighing up the cost of doing so, which one source indicated would be 'prohibitive'," the report reads.
Cheika has experience coaching in the northern hemisphere, having worked with the likes of Italy's Padova, Irish side Leinster and France's Stade Francais, before returning to Australia with the Waratahs, where he won the 2014 Super Rugby title.
Former Chiefs coach Dave Rennie is reportedly Rugby Australia's first-choice to take the reigns of the Wallabies , should Cheika leave his position.
