Sonny Bill Williams and Ma'a Nonu's impressive physiques are casting a huge shadow over the rest of the Blues' squad at Super Rugby pre-season training, says youngster Rieko Ioane.
With Nonu linking up with Williams and the Blues again after spending a few seasons in France, the pair have returned from their holiday break in top shape, with Ioane saying that he's almost embarrassed to be shirtless around the pair.
"Seeing him [Nonu] and Sonny pushing 30 with their tops off looking like that..." Ioane began.
"I saw him in the changing room the other day, with his top off. I had my top off and thought 'something's not right'.
"He had me looking like I had a dadbod."
All jokes aside though, Ioane said that Nonu's return would be a boost for the Blues once their Super Rugby season begins on February 16.
"He's looking fit, he's motivated and he's really keen to rip into this season."
