Woman airlifted to hospital after fall at Ramarama Falls

A woman has been airlifted to hospital after suffering multiple injuries from falling on Ramarama Falls this afternoon.

The woman was winched from the waterfall, in Opaheke, after the incident between 1.30 and 2.30pm, an Auckland Rescue Helicopter Trust spokesperson told 1 NEWS.

The woman in her 20s has been airlifted to Middlemore Hospital and is in a moderate condition.
