Police seek clues after Waikato dairy worker injured by three women during robbery

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery in Tuakau, south of Auckland, yesterday evening.

Counties Manukau Police Detective Senior Sergeant Graeme Fleming said three female offenders entered Five Star Dairy shortly after 8pm and demanded cash.

One of the victims assaulted a man working at the store, punching him multiple times, Fleming said.

The offenders fled the store with cigarettes and other items.

Police are following lines of inquiry into the incident, including reviewing CCTV footage of the incident, Fleming said.
