LeBron James has taken time out from being an NBA superstar and basketball coach to be a supportive parent after delivering a heartwarming speech to one of his sons on the sideline after a game.
James was with his youngest son Bryce and his team when he witnessed a game he claimed they had "no business winning".
Part of that may have been due to the fact Bryce wasn't making his shots - an issue he was beating himself up over until his dad reminded him how big a role he played in the team's remarkable comeback win.
James pointed out three key plays Bryce made that contributed to the victory - an offensive rebound followed up by a tip-in, an outlet pass that resulted in an and-one and the last swing pass that resulted in the game winner.
James tried to remind his son that basketball isn't all about making shots.
"So, like, if you're missing shots or making shots, don't worry about it kid. You played a hell of a game," he said.
"Good job. I’m proud of you. I’m proud of you man."
With a pat on the head, he sent Bryce on his way to rejoin his team for warm downs.
