The Warriors are drawing inspiration from club legend Stacey Jones in their new away strip for the 2019 season, today revealing the 'Little General' jersey.
Emulating the kit worn in the 1997 season, when Jones was named the Warriors' player of the year, the Little General jersey will be worn in certain away games in next season's NRL competition.
The 1997 season remains the only year in which a halfback has been named the Warriors' player of the year.
Jones played a total of 238 games across two stints with the Warriors, scoring 654 points - at the time a club record, however that has since been surpassed by former halfback Shaun Johnson.
