Christmas Day is fast approaching.

For the young it's all about the latest whiz-bang, noisy something-or-other that passes as a toy.

Back in the day the old Christmas toy was a whole lot simpler.

Seven Sharp's Michael Holland met up with collector Warwick Henderson whose written a book on the history of toys and games.
