All Blacks coach Steve Hansen was delighted with the performance of star midfielder Sonny Bill Williams, following his display in the 37-20 win over the Wallabies in Japan.
Playing in his 50th Test in the black jersey, Williams was an ever-present threat for Hansen's side, setting up Liam Squire's opening try in the process.
Asked about Williams' efforts in his post match press conference, Hansen was complimentary over the impact he's had in his 50 Tests.
"His offloads are legendary, so they were good," Hansen began.
"His overall performance? He hasn't played much this year, he's just coming back into playing.
"There's some things he's forcing and probably not going as well as he'd like, and other things are going okay. We've just got to be patient and he'll play back into the quality player that he is.
"When you play 50 Test matches for the All Blacks, you're reasonably handy."
