Shannon Frizell didn't just put on a show for his adopted hometown against the Pumas, with All Blacks coach Steve Hansen admitting after the match he thinks the Tasman loosie has a bright career ahead of him.
The 24-year-old was given his first All Blacks start in his second international Test after making his debut earlier this year in Dunedin against France.
The All Blacks coach was impressed by Frizell's full-match performance against Argentina in the 46-24 win but warned fans not to get ahead of themselves.
"I think it's too early to say he's putting pressure on [Liam] Squire," Hansen said.

"But you couldn't be anything other than extremely happy with him. Did we plan to give him 80 minutes? Probably not. Did he go 80 minutes? Yep."
Frizell managed multiple line breaks throughout the contest in Nelson, capping off his offensive performance with a try in the second half.
"At one point I thought, 'I'm not sure he's going to get there,' and then he found a second wind.
"He can be really satisfied on reflection of how well he's gone and I think he's got a big future."
