Second person dies after car crash in Levin on Monday

A second person involved in a crash in the lower North Island town of Levin on Monday has died.

The person was a passenger in the car and passed away in Wellington Hospital last night.

Four others were injured in the crash.

The Serious Crash Unit is investigating the crash that occurred near the corner of State Highway 1 and Lindsay Road shortly before 7.30pm.
