Decision on whether nurses accept or reject latest pay offer set to be revealed today

The nurses’ union and DHBs will meet today in Wellington.

Nurses will release the outcome of their online ballot on their revised pay offer from District Health Boards today.

The New Zealand Nurses Organisation has recommended its members accept the offer.

Meanwhile DHBs are beginning to postpone surgeries and appointments in preparation for the 24-hour strike planned for 7am Thursday.
