Firefighters battle building fire in Auckland Central

Firefighters are battled  a building fire in Auckland Central last night. 

Fire and Emergency services were called about 10:45pm to the fire at 58 Gaunt Street in Auckland Central.

A Fire spokesperson confirmed the fire broke out on the ground floor of a ten-level building, and nine fire appliances were sent.

The blaze was extinguished now and no injuries were reported.

The Fire Investigation Group will look into the fire.
