All Blacks and Hurricanes star Nehe Milner-Skudder says he's ready for a return to international rugby, should he get the call up for New Zealand's June series against France.
Making his first start of 2018 for the Hurricanes against the Lions last weekend, Milner-Skudder got through 65 minutes unscathed, returning from a shoulder injury suffered on last year's All Blacks end of year tour.
Speaking at Hurricanes training today, Milner-Skudder made it clear that he'd happily slot back into Steve Hansen's side, if and when that call comes.
"I sort of haven't looked too far ahead of myself - I'm not too sure when that actual date is," he began.
"But hopefully by then I'll have a few more games and a few more minutes under my belt, the confidence will be up there and ready to go if that's the case."
The All Blacks' first Test against France takes place on June 9 at Eden Park.
