Person on the loose after car ploughs into Auckland house causing significant damage

A person is on the loose stolen car that failed to stop for police has slammed into a house in Auckland in the early hours of the morning, damaging the house.

Police say the car failed to stop just before 2am at Green Lane East. The car then crashed trough a fence and into a house on Ladies Mile.

Two people in the were taken into custody and are likely to face charges.

Another person in the vehicle fled on foot and is still at large.
