This week on the Inside Parliament podcast Political Editor Jessica Mutch and political reporter Katie Bradford look at Labour's proposal to introduce a regional and national fuel tax.

Labour says the hike in the price of fuel will cost less than a cup of coffee a week and will enable the government to improve the country's transport system.
