Former All Blacks flanker Dylan Mika scored just one Test match try in his seven games for New Zealand, coming in the 101-3 destruction of Italy at the 1999 Rugby World Cup in Huddersfield, England.
The flanker made the most of some shoddy defence by Italy at the breakdown, as the All Blacks drove over from close range to score.
Mika died yesterday of a heart attack at the age of 45, having represented both New Zealand and Manu Samoa in his playing career.
