Child, 14, among four youths charged over Hawke's Bay man's death

Four youths, aged between 14 and a 16, have been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, in relation to the death of Kelly Donner in Flaxmere on 4 March.

They will appear in the Hastings District Court this afternoon.

Police said further charges were  likely to be laid as the investigation progressed.

Police are also seeking a fifth youth, adding that "any threats or intimidating behaviour towards witnesses will not be tolerated and we will ensure that such complaints are investigated."

They are encouraging any others with information about the death to come forward.
