Convicted fraudster Joanne Harrison, who stole nearly $750,000 while working for the Ministry of Transport, has been denied parole for a second time.
Harrison was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison in February last year.
The Parole Board says she passed money onto her business partner to deflect from her theft, which spanned a 10-year period.
Her next parole hearing will be in 12 months.
