Tauranga Boys' College year nines have taken out this year's Car Jam competition.

The Car Jam is a house competition to squeeze as many year nine students as possible into a vehicle.

Utilising the extra boot space of a Holden station wagon, Ngarimu managed to shut the doors with an amazing 37 students inside.
