Paint spill on Auckland motorway causing delays

January 15, 2018

A paint spill on Auckland's Southern Motorway is causing a splutter this morning.

Multiple lanes on the motorway heading southbound before the Mt Wellington off-ramp are covered in white paint.

The two right lanes southbound are now blocked while contractors clean up the spill. 

NZTA are urging motorists to consider washing their cars if they have driven through the paint.
