One person has died in a house fire early this morning in the Auckland suburb of Mt Roskill.
Emergency services were called to a property on Rustic Avenue just before 6am, where a fire had taken hold underneath a property.
Four crews were called to the scene, with two crews remaining on scene.
A fire investigator will also attend the scene.
