Lebanon has the belief they can pull off a big upset against Tonga tomorrow in their Rugby League World Cup quarter-final match in Christchurch, if they nail their game plan to "frustrate" the heavy favourites.
Lebanon's head coach Brad Fittler said his team can't afford to make any mistakes against Mate Ma'a Tonga.
"Well we think we have got a game to maybe frustrate them, so we just need to have our best game," said Fittler.
"Every single player needs to have their best game… so why not?"
The NRL legend said Tonga has firepower and stars that can produce points across their entire squad.
"Across the park they are pretty impressive," said Fittler.
"Their wingers are as big as their front rowers and apart from their halves who might give a few kilos – the rest of them are about 110 kilos."
Fittler praised Tonga on their 28-22 win over the Kiwis last Saturday in Hamilton and the way they managed to come from behind to secure a historic victory.
"The way they played last week, you just had to stand and applaud really.
"Given what they did at the start of the tournament and then nail that big moment was pretty impressive.
"We need a lot to go right."
Lebanon have had a mixed tournament, beating France 29-18 in the first round robin match, but lost to England 29-10 and went down to the Kangaroos 34-0 last Saturday in Sydney.
