All Blacks coach Steve Hansen has credited fellow Kiwi coach Vern Cotter ahead of his side's clash with Scotland in Edinburgh on Sunday.
Cotter, was in charge of Scotland from 2014 until earlier this year, transforming them from a traditional Northern Hemisphere side to a free-flowing attacking outfit, catching the eye of All Blacks coach Hansen.
"Vern's done a really good job with them," Hansen said.
Hansen also had praise for new coach, Gregor Townsend.
"I think Gregor will come in he'll add his touch."
"The forwards have given them an edge, and I think Gregor will come in and polish that edge, and turn it into a lovely wee gem."
