Kiwi netball star Maria Tutaia and fiancee, Wallabies fullback Israel Folau, have reportedly wed in a secret ceremony earlier this week, Australian media have reported.
According to Channel 7, the couple tied the knot on Wednesday, on a private property south of Sydney in Kangaroo Valley.
Neither Tutaia or Folau have confirmed or denied the reports.
The timing of the ceremony would be ironic for Folau, who publicly opposed the push for marriage equality in Australia, with the nuptials reported to have taken place on the same day as the Australian public voted yes in support of gay couples' right to wed.
